Four-part sets combine the cap, socket, stud and post; brass and stainless options offer better corrosion resistance than iron-core constructions, but the selected finish and attachment still need validation through the buyer's wash process.
Caps can be engraved, embossed, printed or finished with a colored lacquer or pearl insert to match your design. For babywear, put the required EN 71, CPSIA or retailer-specific test scope in the tech pack and agree the snap-force and pull-off test plan before sampling.
