Wenzhou's Qiaotou and Ouhai districts form the densest button-making cluster on earth: resin casting plants, zinc die-casters, electroplating lines, laser engravers and dye houses all within a short drive of each other. Merit Trims was founded inside this ecosystem, which is why we can move from artwork to approved sample in a week and hold pricing that trading companies can't match.
We operate resin button turning and laser engraving lines in-house, and run dedicated, long-term production cells with our cluster partners for metal die-casting, plating and natural-material machining. Every order — whether turned on our own machines or in a partner cell — passes through our QC room: size and thickness gauging, colorfastness checks, snap pull-force testing and needle detection before packing.
